The Avenue of the Giants

My last post referred to the Avenue of the Giants. This is a picture from The Avenue. It is just so beautiful. The tallest tree in the world(!!!) is in this group of Giant Redwoods. If you are in Northern California, you can't miss this Avenue of Giant Redwoods.

You can comb the black sand beaches, explore the tide pools, go swimming, fish for salmon, dive for abalone, watch the whales make their annual trek up and down the coast, and frolic in the ocean right outside your front door. OR - Bring a book and sit outside of your room and do nothing!
