-All units have an unbelievably beautiful view of the ocean.
-All units have a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, hair dryer, and coffee pot.  We provide coffee, tea, and chocolate.
-Mini-Suite includes a gas fireplace and balcony in living room, separate bedroom with king or queen bed, and sofa in living room which converts into a queen-sized bed with Memory Foam Mattress.
-Full-Suite includes a gas fireplace, queen wall bed with "real" mattress, and balcony in living room, separate king bedroom, and fully-appointed (from dishwasher to blender) kitchen.
 

-Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
-Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
-Our rates are based on double occupancy.  Extra adults and children 12 and older are $15 each. Children under 12 years are free.
-The Suite Combo is a Mini Suite and a Full Suite that open into each other. The Suite Combo will sleep 8 people.
-$15.00 Premium for one weekend night (Friday or Saturday).  This premium is waived if more than one night reserved.
-Occupancy Tax is an additional 10% of room charge
-No pets - No smoking - Strictly enforced
-Cancellation Policy: We require 72-hour advance notice for cancellations. Guests canceling within 72 hours or less will be charged for each night we do not book the room
