**All units have unbelievably beautiful views of the ocean.
**All units have a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, hair dryer, and coffee pot.
**You will receive a Welcome Basket in your room filled with juice, coffee, tea, chocolate, pastry, cookies, bottled water, etc. All children 3 to 11 will receive a child's Welcome Bag with toys and snacks.
**Mini-Suite includes a gas fireplace and balcony in living room, separate bedroom with king or queen bed, and sofa in living room which converts into a queen-sized bed and is very comfortable (no-bar type). These are new sofas and are comfortable for adults as well as children. These units are on the third floor.
**Full-Suite includes a gas fireplace, queen wall bed with a very comfortable mattress, and balcony in living room, separate king bedroom, and fully-appointed (from dishwasher to blender) kitchen. This is a large accommodation - similar to a large one-bedroom apartment. There is an alcove under a staircase that small children love. It is reminiscent of Harry Potter's cupboard. These accommodations are on the second floor.
**The Suite Combo is a Mini Suite and a Full Suite that open into each other. The Suite Combo will sleep 8 adults.
**We also have a standard room with two full (double) beds. It is on the bottom floor, has a private deck, and beautiful views of the ocean. OR - standard rooms with king beds. One of these rooms is on the bottom floor with a patio and has a walk-in shower that is wheelchair accessible. The other standard rooms are on the second floor.
**Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
**Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
**Our rates are based on double occupancy. Extra adults and children 12 and older are $15.00 each.
**$15.00 Premium for weekend nights (Friday and/or Saturday).
**Occupancy Tax is an additional 10% of room charge

**Cancellation Policy: We require 72-hour advance notice for cancellations. Guests cancelling within 72 hours or less will be charged for each night we do not book the room.
